Everything You Need to Know Before Booking
Private Building Guidelines
To ensure your event runs smoothly, we have a few simple policies:
- Reserve in advance with a deposit (refundable up to 60 days before event)
- Groups may decorate starting at 10 AM on event day
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only
- No outside food, desserts, glitter, hay, or confetti
- Food menu & headcount must be confirmed one week before the event
