Cagle Steaks offers a unique atmosphere unlike any other in Lubbock with eight private rooms available for large party gatherings. Our rooms are great for business meetings/dinners, birthday parties, anniversaries, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, Christmas parties and more. Rafters- our largest facility capable of seating between 80 and 375 guests. Dinner is buffet style in the room and a bar is available.  The main room is equipped with drop down projection screen, sound system, stage and dance area to kick up your heels. Please refer to catering menu for pricing. Rafters is great for meetings, wedding receptions, reunions and large events. 

Townhouse- a large private building capable of seating 60 to 120 guests. Dinner is served buffet style and bar is available in the room. Room is equipped with drop down projection screen and sound system. Please refer to catering menu for pricing.

Cookhouse- a comfy private building capable of seating 35 to 55 guests. The Cookhouse has a great front porch overlooking a swing set and horseshoe pit for your parties’ use. Dinner is served buffet style and bar is available in the room. Please refer to catering menu for pricing.

North Fork- a tad more upscale and certainly the newest private room, located off the main dining room, capable of seating 35 to 65 guests. Your dinner and drinks are served by our wait staff. Room is equipped with a drop down projection screen. Please refer to restaurant menu for pricing.

Salt Lick- our casual room perfect for laid back events. The Salt Lick is capable of seating 35 to 75 guests. Used as our waiting area on the weekends, the Salt Lick is available for private use Monday-Thursday. Please refer to catering menu for pricing.

Esmondo's- our quaint log cabin is perfect for your private event. Esmondo’s is capable of seating 25 to 38 people. Your drinks and dinner of either a Ribeye Steak or Grilled Chicken Breast are served by our wait staff. Children requests are honored. 

Indian Room- private dining room located off the main restaurant that suits smaller parties. The Indian Room seats 25 to 45 people and your dinner is served by our wait staff. You can book the Indian Room for private use Monday-Thursday. Please refer to our restaurant menu for pricing.

East Porch- our smallest private room just right for small gatherings. The East Porch seats 15 to 25 people and is available for two hour use Monday-Saturday. Dinner and drinks are served by our wait staff. Please refer to our restaurant menu for pricing.

Having a special event and already have the place? Let us bring our food to you! Cagle Steaks specializes in off-site caterings from groups of fifty to thousands. Our caterings are served buffet style and we will bring everything to you including plates, utensils, napkins and cups. We cater events at the Civic Center, Ranching Heritage Center, Texas Tech and do specialized events such as Southcrest Baptist Church’s Annual Event, The Beast Feast.
