A rustic space, which holds up to 60 guests, is on the west side of the property with a private courtyard, gazebo, dance floor, and mesquite grills where meals are cooked fresh.

Esmondo’s

Our most intimate venue, ideal for small groups up to 37 guests, seeking privacy and a cozy, wood-detailed atmosphere.

Rafters

The largest venue, accommodates up to 350 guests with flexible layouts for seating, bands, or a dance floor, plus a charming front porch.

Salt Lick

This lively, Western-style venue hosts our live music on the weekends & is not available for rent on Friday & Saturday. It can holds up to 70 guests.

Townhouse

Recently renovated with a modern interior, private courtyard, outdoor bar, and fire pit—ideal for mid-sized events and stylish gatherings with space for up to 120 guests.

Event Guidelines

To ensure a seamless experience, please note:

  • Reservations require a deposit at booking.
  • Food menus and headcounts are confirmed one week prior.
  • Decorating begins at 10 AM on event day.
  • Smoking permitted outdoors only.
  • Outside food or alcohol is not allowed.
  • Groups handle their own décor setup; glitter, hay, or confetti are not permitted.
